General Labour - Roofer Helper

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to assist our roofing crew with daily job site tasks. This position involves supporting roofers, handling materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing basic labour duties on residential and commercial roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist roofers with installation, repair, and removal of roofing materials
- Load, unload, and transport tools and materials around job sites
- Set up and take down ladders, safety equipment, and work areas
- Remove debris and keep job sites clean and organized
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Perform other general labour duties as assigned

Requirements





- Ability to perform physical labour and lift heavy materials
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Robust work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Previous construction or roofing experience is an asset but not required

Working Conditions

- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Physically demanding tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
