You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the estimating process from lead qualification to turnover. Your role is essential in fostering relationships with clients and vendors while ensuring estimates protect margins and minimize risks. Your focus will be on continual improvement of estimating systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop clear scopes of work through client communication • Coordinate with vendors for efficient material procurement • Produce detailed, timely estimates for projects • Interpret drawings, specs,



and tender documentation • Track operational risks and recommend solutions

Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in commercial electrical • At least 2 years in estimating, design-assist is a plus • Robust grasp of CEC and related codes • Proficient with Bluebeam or similar estimating tools • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
