As a Pad Coordinator I, you will report directly to the Deicing Operations Manager and be pivotal in maintaining efficient deicing operations and traffic management. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that deicing bays are properly utilized and crew safety is prioritized at YHZ Airport.

Key Responsibilities:



• Control deicing operations and personnel activities • Establish communication lines with deicing crews • Monitor weather conditions for effective resource management • Disseminate aircraft movement instructions to flight crews • Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate logs

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience in aviation operations • Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of Ice Link • Ability to work under pressure in a quick-paced environment • Valid driver’s license and operational certificates
