Take the lead as Electrical Service Manager in the growing electrical division, based in Southwestern Ontario. This role combines project management, service coordination, and customer interaction.

As a central figure in our client's electrical operations, the successful candidate will manage both service requests and project estimates. You will work collaboratively with electricians, suppliers, and customers to ensure all service activities meet safety and quality standards. The aim is to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage service requests comprehensively, from contact to completion • Coordinate necessary materials, labor,



and subcontractors • Ensure effective scheduling and resource allocation • Support technicians with tools and information for success • Track performance metrics and job cost efficiency

Requirements: • 3-5 years mechanical project management experience • Holder of a valid driver’s license • Willing to travel within Southwestern Ontario for projects • Capable of learning new software tools • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
