In this position, you will work closely with various stakeholders to identify and define their system needs. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements: • 8+ years in cloud or hosted system support • Proven experience with 2 complex E2E implementations • Strong skills in BI/reporting and data management • Excellent communication and analytical skills • Ability to simplify technical language for varied audiences
