Our High Level Lumber Division safely and sustainably produces forest products for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.QualificationsUniversity degree/technical diplomaor aJourneypersontrades certification or extensive experience in a relevant field.Experienceleading maintenance teamswithin manufacturing, ideally in sawmilling.Experience withmaintenance planning, condition monitoring, shutdown executionandimplementing reliability programs .Demonstrated commitment towork safely .Experience withproject management, includingcapital projects .A sound knowledge offorecasting and budgeting processes .Proven ability tomanage change ,engage staffand drive operationalexcellence .Knowledge of equipment operation, strongmaintenanceskills andanalyticalskills.A good understanding of the operations ofComputerized Maintenance Management Systems(CMMS).ResponsibilitiesManage the safe, reliable, and cost‑effective maintenance of mill equipment and facilities.Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution, including planned shutdowns and major repairs.Lead and promote a strong safety‑first culture, ensuring all maintenance work complies with provincial OH&S; legislation and company standards.Monitor equipment performance and downtime, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.Ensure effective use of the CMMS for work orders, asset history, preventive maintenance,



and parts tracking.Prepare and manage the maintenance operating and capital budgets, balancing cost control with reliability.Track and report key maintenance performance indicators, including uptime, PM compliance, and maintenance costs.Coordinate and manage external contractors and service providers, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.BenefitsYou’ll take on anexciting new challengewithsupportive team members .You’ll earn acompetitive salarybased on your skills and experience.
