About the job As an Audit Senior, you will be involved in the leadership and mentoring of your team, the Audit reporting and management of your client base. You will be provided with opportunities for long-term career progression and exposure to various assignments in several industry sectors, including external audit, internal audit and financial reporting for private and public entities.

Leading the planning, execution and completion of Audit engagements with oversight from the Partners and Senior Management Group

Assisting with reporting to Boards of Directors and those charged with governance

Mentoring and coaching Graduates, Intermediates and Light Senior staff members

Taking a lead role in technical research, business development, financial report preparation and group reporting

Supporting the team through other ad hoc assurance work

Develop your knowledge with U Learn, the Forvis Mazars individualised learning platform

About you

3 - 7 years of external Audit experience from within Australia

Completed CA or CPA (or near completion, financial support and study time provided by Forvis Mazars)

Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent) or other related Accounting Degree

Proactive team playerExcellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Have full rights to work in Australia

Ambitious to develop your career through the Forvis Mazars personalised careers progression plan
