As a User Safety & Risk Operations Agent, you will be part of the Trust & Safety Department supporting the platform's integrity and user protection initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and a compassionate approach, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: User Safety & Risk Operations AgentLocation: St Catharines, ONPay Range: · $23.75/hr + $2,000 signing bonusShift: Availability to work rotating 24/7 shiftsWhat's the Job?Investigate, assess, and respond to complex cases involving platform safety and user riskEnforce platform policies through manual review and AI-assisted moderation systemsHandle escalated reports of harmful or policy-violating content with accuracy and careReview user appeals and make well-documented moderation decisionsDetect and disrupt scams, spam, and coordinated inauthentic behaviorWhat's Needed?Minimum 6 months of experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, or a related legal environmentHigh School Diploma or equivalentFamiliarity with investigative tools such as login history review, API log analysis, or secure PII handling systems (preferred)Ability to adapt quickly to evolving policies and proceduresStrong analytical and communication skills,
