In this impactful role, you will assist in planning important fundraising events and build relationships with local donors. The Development Officer will be key in supporting regional initiatives and community engagement strategies. Located in London, Toronto, or Pickering, this full-time, 15-month contract position ensures a flexible work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with signature events, ensuring quality experiences
• Engage and steward local sponsors and donors
• Develop promotional materials with marketing teams




• Act as an ambassador and connect with community partners
• Track donor records and performance in Salesforce
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant areas
• 1–2 years’ experience in fundraising or events
• Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills
• Access to transportation for events and discussions
