in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook.Match product with shipping or PO documentation during shipment.Attach identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments.Schedule, track, and verify shipments as required.Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies as required.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Requirements:Minimum 1 (one) year experience in reception/administrative support.Must be comfortable using a computer.Ability to read and write English.Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and oral.Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.High school diploma or higher (equivalent work experience is acceptable).For immediate consideration, please submit your resume.
