The Customer Service Representative must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a genuine enjoyment of working with B2B clients, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid command of various units of measurement (imperial and metric) and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while providing accurate technical guidance to clients in the industrial sector. Responsibilities • Identify and assess the needs of industrial clients; • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers; • Advise clients and coordinate with outside sales to ensure the best service; • Interpret and convert technical specifications across different units of measurement (inches, millimetres, feet, fractions, decimals,



etc.); • Prepare quotes in accordance with company guidelines; • Process customer orders; • Purchase resale products; • Coordinate with the production team; • Follow up on customer orders; • Follow up on supplier orders; • Enter data into various software systems; • Actively participate in inventory management; • Arrange certain freight shipments; • All other related duties. Qualification • High school diploma or equivalent; • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in an industrial or B2B environment; • Proficiency with imperial and metric units of measurement (inches, millimetres, fractions, decimals); • Strong customer service orientation; • Bilingual – fluent in both French and English (oral and written); • Strong mathematical and technical calculation skills; • Knowledge of industrial products (conveyor belts an asset); • Understanding of conveyor systems and their components (an asset); • Team player with robust interpersonal skills; • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized; • Proficiency in MS Office suite;
