Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily work orders alongside the Maintenance Coordinator




• Repair building equipment and residents’ suites
• Complete minor paint jobs and touch-ups
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment and grounds
• Perform fire safety and security checks
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education required
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
• Familiarity with hand tools and HVAC systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Robust fluency in English, both oral and written
