Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Your role involves collaborating with architects and engineers and engaging with community stakeholders. Past experience in managing municipal projects, especially for facilities, is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:



• Organize and oversee construction activities for community facilities • Prepare and evaluate tenders and proposal submissions • Conduct regular site inspections and maintain safety standards • Provide technical advice and prepare project documentation • Liaise with operations staff to align design with maintenance needs

Requirements: • Degree in Architecture or Engineering preferred • Experience in municipal or institutional project management • Knowledge of health and safety regulations • Excellent organizational and time management abilities • Class “G” Driver’s Licence required
