You are a creative and analytical thinker who can create cross‑channel digital media strategies for our clients.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and support client communications across PR, events, media relations, and social media.Oversee client programs, including research, strategy development, campaign execution, paid digital and social advertising, analytics, and reporting.Maintain a deep understanding of client business strategy, industry insights, and key stakeholders.Proficient use of industry‑standard tools and platforms with strong research and data skills for social and digital strategies, investigative research, and campaign analysis.Generate award‑winning, creative ideas to boost client results and brand influence.Manage day‑to‑day activities, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation to achieve program effectiveness.Foster creative thinking and inspire innovative approaches.Write engaging content for media materials, such as editorial pieces, advisories, press releases, fact sheets, and briefing books.Build and maintain robust relationships with media contacts through outreach,
managing media lists efficiently.Develop strategic social media and influencer campaigns to expand client communities and meet business objectives.Offer expert counsel on media, influencer, and digital trends, serving as a trusted thought leader.Proactively nurture client relationships, propose and implement innovative ideas, and provide expert counsel and exceptional service.Provide timely progress feedback to management.Promote an inclusive culture by coaching and mentoring team members.Qualifications4‑6 years of experience in public relations with consumer, lifestyle, and/or health brands.Extensive experience in media relations, social media, event management, and influencer relations.Hands‑on experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and others.A passion for working with exciting international brands.Post‑graduate diploma in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or related discipline.Track record of developing creative public relations strategies and programs.Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement to become an integral part of a new kind of agency.Excellent communication, dynamic team‑player, time‑management, and organizational skills.Passionately committed to collaboration.Strong cross‑functional leadership, presentation,

The salary range for this position is CAD$68K–$72K per year.
