As a Residential Driver, you will drive solid waste collection trucks in various environments. Candidates should have a valid Class 3 driver's license and at least one year of commercial driving experience. You'll need the physical stamina for manual tasks and effective communication skills to coordinate with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate waste collection vehicles along designated routes
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Collect waste while identifying hazardous materials
• Report mechanical issues and maintain vehicle condition
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Class 3 driving license required
• Minimum of one year of driving experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and manage outdoor work
