Cogir Real Estate is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef at our Villa Jonquière residence in Saguenay. This permanent, full time role features daytime hours, 8 hours per day, and a schedule that includes one weekend out of two.

You will collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain teamwork and quality. The ideal candidate has MAPAQ certification, a DEP in institutional cuisine or equivalent, 3–5 years in large-scale food service, strong organizational and conflict-management skills, and
