As one of the largest private youth sports providers in the GTA, CSP values enthusiastic, kid-friendly coaches. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver interactive coaching sessions while working evenings and weekends. Your responsibility is to create exciting soccer experiences that build confidence, skill, and lasting memories for our players.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead soccer coaching sessions for young children
• Facilitate playful learning environments while coaching
• Provide constructive feedback to parents about children’s progress
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff effectively
• Maintain high energy and enthusiasm during practices
Requirements:
• Passionate about youth engagement and soccer
• Availability on weekday evenings and weekends
• Reliable with excellent communication skills
• Experience with children in sports environments
• Coaching certification is an asset
