Their AI-powered solutions automate workflows, boost team productivity, and reduce operational complexities for various industries, including retail, manufacturing, and construction.ResponsibilitiesAI Development:Design, fine-tune, and deploy AI models and intelligent agent-based products.Systems Integration:Create and integrate AI-powered workflows that deliver measurable results for clients.Evaluation & Testing:Establish benchmarking and testing frameworks, ensuring continuous model improvement.Leadership:Define the engineering vision and roadmap, aligning technical direction with business goals.Team Mentorship:Lead and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.Collaboration:Work closely with product, data,
