Position:General LaborerLocation:501 McNicoll Ave Toronto, ONPay:$18 CAD/hr (probation first three months)$18.72 following three-month probationary period$1 CAD/hr extra for continental shift premiumJob SummarySupport the production and repack operations through the physical movement of products that are needed to be processed through the drying/curing room.ResponsibilitiesRead work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs.Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets.Pack materials and products for shipment or storage according to company standards and customer requirements.Label items accurately and clearly in accordance with shipping and inventory guidelines.Strap, wrap, or secure packages and pallets to ensure safe transport and storage.Clean equipment, work areas, and general facility space to maintain a safe and organized environment.Maintain an organized and clean work area.
