Key Responsibilities: • Create and implement detailed work plans and strategies • Manage maintenance backlogs and resource accuracy • Contribute to cost forecasting and financial analysis • Work alongside maintenance teams to refine tasks • Monitor Key Performance Indicators for continuous improvements

Requirements: • Degree or diploma in a relevant field or equivalent • 5-7 years of post-graduation experience in maintenance • Proficiency in CMMS and the Microsoft Office Suite • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required • CMRP or MMP certification is advantageous
