As a Swim Instructor, you will lead classes using our proven Small Steps approach, focusing on building confidence and essential swimming skills. You'll ensure a safe and supportive environment, celebrating each swimmer’s progress enthusiastically, while also maintaining professional communication with their families to foster strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver swim lessons using Small Steps methodology
• Cultivate water confidence and essential skills
• Conduct structured, energetic sessions for small classes




• Engage positively with families regarding their child's progress
• Foster an inclusive, enjoyable learning environment
Requirements:
• Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
• Must hold or pursue National Lifeguard or Bronze Cross
• Positive attitude and solid communication skills
• Reliable and able to work at least 2 shifts weekly
• Experience with children is highly valued
