Hi! Were a small, loving family looking for a reliable and caring sitter for our sweet baby boy, Elias. He was born prematurely, so wed prefer someone who is experienced and comfortable caring for young infants, including feeding, changing, soothing, and following his routine closely. Elias is sweet, curious, and loves gentle interaction and attention. Elias has severe hearing loss, so were looking for someone patient and comfortable using visual and gentle touch cues to communicate with him. Were mainly looking for occasional help during evenings, weekends, and some daytime appointments. Reliability, patience, valuable communication, and infant safety are extremely significant to us. The only light household tasks we may occasionally need help with are sweeping, mopping, and simple meal preparation, such as washing and cutting vegetables. Clear instructions explaining which vegetables to prepare will be written down and left on the kitchen counter. Besides that, no additional cleaning
