As a Plant Superintendent, you will oversee the secure operation of a concrete batch plant and manage drivers and maintenance. Your focus on health, safety, and environmental policies is critical, along with fostering a positive work environment and coaching employees. Collaboration with customers and accurate scheduling will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations and ensure safety guidelines are followed
• Manage drivers and maintain inventory efficiently
• Coordinate routine maintenance and oversee scheduling




• Communicate effectively with customers and the sales team
• Submit timely reports to the area administrator
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience
• Customer service orientation essential
• Strong communication skills required
• Proficient in Word, Excel, SAP, Command-Alkon
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
