Your responsibilities encompass mentoring Care Professionals and overseeing their progress while ensuring all operational standards are met. You will also contribute to on-call duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment efforts for Live-In Care Professionals
• Support the organization of team-building events
• Mentor and guide Care Professionals effectively
• Ensure timely completion of care-related procedures
• Participate in on-call weekend and night duties
Requirements:
• Experience in managing Live-In Carers
• Background in caregiving/service-oriented roles
• Preferably hold NVQ Level 3 qualification
• Friendly and dedicated approach towards care
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
