Greet customers and visitors entering the office Answer and direct incoming calls and messages Book flights and arrange travel for company executives Completes purchase/cheque/payment requisitions. Processing and filing invoices Overseeing office supplies and services, including restocking supplies, setting up desks and equipment for new hires,



etc Assist the on-boarding and off-boarding of local/remote employees Administer the local health and safety programs Assist in organizing employee events Other duties assigned by manager Requirements

Degree or diploma in a related field At least two years experience in a similar role in an office environment High sense of urgency and able to effectively manage multiple priorities Positive verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficient computer skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to interact professionally in all situations We thank you for your interest, however, only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
