As an Occupational Therapist with Bayshore, you will assess and treat clients in comfort at their homes across Hamilton and surrounding areas. This independent contract role provides freedom and the opportunity to build strong therapeutic relationships. Key tasks include maintaining clinical documentation, guiding treatment programs, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities:



• Evaluate clients and adjust treatment goals • Keep accurate clinical records per professional standards • Document assessments and treatment plans thoroughly • Work closely with other care team members • Mentor assistants in Occupational Therapy as required

Requirements: • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent • Valid registration with the College of Occupational Therapists • At least two years of relevant experience • Knowledge of medical/legal report writing is a plus • Proven ability to travel within the Greater Hamilton area
