Shift

- Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm

Requirements

- 2 years of customer service experience in a 3PL Warehouse setting
- Global logistics industry knowledge
- Able to work 40 hours per week on your SIN
- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Responsibilities

- Ensuring timely and accurate movement of freight and information
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Shipment Processing
- Meeting KPI standards
