You’ll help build and evolve a Business Intelligence and reporting centre of excellence, focused on standardizing enterprise reporting, enabling self‑serve analytics, and supporting business users with timely, trusted insights as we move toward a world‑class BI platform.What will you be doing?Drive and govern the standardization of goeasy’s BI enterprise reporting processes, tools, data metrics, KPIs, and standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business goals.Ensure enterprise‑wide data accuracy and reporting consistency across all BI outputs.Partner with business leaders to understand strategy, KPIs, and reporting needs, translating requirements into scalable analytics and reporting solutions.Provide stewardship over enterprise data and metrics in support of organizational objectives.Lead organizational change management efforts related to data, reporting, and analytics adoption, managing user expectations throughout.Own the design and architecture of the Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) analytics platform, including cubes, dashboards, reports, schemas, and workplace integrity (QA/UAT/Prod).Define and manage enterprise metrics and attributes, including reviewing report SQL and optimizing schemas for performance and scalability.Make informed decisions on complex or ambiguous BI enterprise reporting and architecture challenges.Determine effective methods to source, model,



and present complex data in clear, actionable formats.Lead and develop the BI Enterprise Reporting team, supporting performance, growth, and capability development.Lead end‑to‑end BI enterprise reporting initiatives, owning delivery from design and development through testing, sign‑off, documentation, rollout, and training.Act as a technical lead on BI projects when assigned, partnering closely with project management to meet milestones and timelines.Enable and support self‑service analytics through user consultation, training, and guidance.Oversee platform administration and production support activities, ensuring a stable BI environment and timely resolution of reporting issues.What experience do you have?Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.8+ years of experience leading BI projects, from concept through implementation.8–10 years of deep domain expertise in Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), including end‑to‑end implementations; certification is preferred.10+ years of in‑depth business reporting experience in complex, enterprise environments.Architect‑level experience designing and developing BI solutions, including schemas, application objects, data cubes, and Strategy metadata.10+ years of hands‑on experience with BI tools such as Strategy (MicroStrategy), Power BI, and Tableau.Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise reporting solutions, dashboards, and transaction services.8+ years of experience working with SQL Server or comparable relational database systems.Strong expertise in dashboard design and data visualization best practices, including usability and design principles.Solid understanding of business intelligence and data warehousing architectures.Advanced SQL skills and strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts, with hands‑on experience in platforms such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL.We offer a Adaptable Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week, from our Mississauga office.Internal Applicants: please apply through the link and provide written endorsement from your current manager.$138,000.00 – $161,000.00 CAD(includes base salary and bonus)We’re committed to attracting and rewarding top talent.
