We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our Regina team. Working collaboratively across the organization, you will play a key role in project acquisition, planning, execution, and delivery. You will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring clients receive high-quality engineering products and services while meeting scope, schedule, budget, and technical requirements. Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships and represent client interests throughout projects. Develop project scopes, estimates, and proposals while identifying and mitigating project risks. Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Monitor project performance, identify scope changes and variances, and implement corrective actions. Ensure designs and deliverables meet applicable legislation, industry standards,
and organizational requirements. Coordinate and provide direction to engineers and engineering technologists assigned to projects. Conduct project close-out reviews, evaluating financial, schedule, product, client, and team performance. Maintain professional and industry knowledge through ongoing development. Qualifications
Skilled Engineer and/or Engineering Technologist licensed to work in Saskatchewan. Experience managing engineering or build/supply projects in a heavy industrial environment. Strong knowledge of engineering practices, mechanical design, manufacturing, and applicable codes and standards.
