In this position, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring technicians across shop and field operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and lead Heavy Equipment Technicians in service operations
• Direct preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for equipment
• Oversee technician workload planning and field support




• Monitor service performance and repair trends
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams
Requirements:
• Journeyperson certification; Red Seal preferred
• 5+ years of heavy equipment service experience
• Leadership experience managing technical teams
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with air brakes endorsement
