In this vital role, you will coordinate the delivery of health services and ensure trauma-informed practices. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Allied Health Services, you will guide staff and foster team-oriented relationships within an interdisciplinary team. Your leadership will empower staff and enhance community health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement trauma-informed care strategies
• Mentor and supervise health staff including students
• Ensure compliance with health documentation standards
• Collaborate on program development and quality improvement
• Lead interprofessional education initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in a regulated health profession, with supervisory experience
• Registered Nurse with relevant health care experience
• Knowledge of health regulations and ethical standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
