Job Title : Accident & Emergency NurseBanding : Band 5 & Band 6Location : YorkHourly Pay Rate : £17.00 – £32.00 per hourPulse Nursing is seeking skilled and experienced Accident & Emergency nurses to join our team at York Teaching Hospital NHS FT. As an A&E; nurse, you will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional, patient‑centred care. This highly rewarding role offers the opportunity to continuously develop your clinical skills while making a meaningful difference to patients at some of their most critical moments.PAYE rates are £17.00 per hour for days, £23.00 for nights and Saturdays, and £28.00 for Sundays and bank holidays, or Umbrella rates are £20.00 per hour for days, £26.50 for nights and Saturdays, and £32.00 for Sundays and bank holidays.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care within a busy Accident & Emergency departmentAssess, monitor, and manage patients presenting with acute and emergency conditionsWork effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely and safe patient careMaintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentationAdhere to NMC guidelines, trust policies, and clinical governance standardsRespond calmly and effectively in high-pressure and emergency situationsWeekly Pay: Receive your salary weekly for added financial flexibilityHoliday Pay: Available for PAYE workersPayment Options: PAYE, PSC/LTD, or Umbrella payment methods availableShift Management App: Book and manage shifts online 24/7Training and Development: Access to additional voluntary, high-quality trainingFree Uniforms: Provided for all staffRecommend a Friend Scheme: Earn up to £500 per successful referralDedicated Consultant Support:
