Answer incoming phone calls; Serve customers and technicians and provide them with the parts they need; Perform parts inventory; Assist the Shipping Department with preparing parts for delivery. Experience, Training & Skills That Would Be an Asset
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position; Excellent customer service skills; Basic mechanical knowledge (an asset); Bilingual: fluent spoken French and English. Our Mission
