Technical Director – PiknikWe are looking for an experienced technical leader to shape the future of Piknik, the subscription bundle that brings award‑winning apps from Sago Mini, Toca Boca, and more together in Toronto. As Technical Director, you will drive the strategy, architecture, and evolution of the Piknik SDK and platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and a developer‑friendly experience across mobile and Unity ecosystems.ResponsibilitiesDefine the long‑term technical roadmap for the Piknik platform and SDK.Drive consensus on architecture and guard critical single‑way‑door technology decisions.Collaborate with Piknik leadership and squads (Conversion, Retention, Integration, Tools & Scalability) to align engineering goals with platform strategy.Act as the technical bridge to app teams, ensuring the platform evolves to support their roadmaps and solve pain points.Champion a culture of technical rigor, mentoring developers, overseeing high‑quality code reviews, and establishing clear architectural standards.Transform long‑term technical strategy into a plan that pays down debt and supports sustainable growth.Design and refine team structure to improve communication, ownership,
