Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the daily activities of substation construction
• Handle high-voltage equipment and systems
• Install and document network and power cabling
• Carry out scheduled and emergency maintenance
• Keep accurate records on equipment testing and repairs
Requirements:
• Registered in an Electrical Apprentice program
• Familiarity with Canadian Electrical Code and safety standards
• Class 5 Driver's License required
• Experience with Microsoft Office and test equipment is an asset
• Willingness to travel for work
