and sowing of native tree and shrub seed and harvest and production of bioengineering productsCollects and inputs field data according to project scopeEnsures that quality control and assurance measures are followed at all steps of the work processAssists with the transportation of materials to and from sites as requiredDirects the public to project notice signage and possibly providing contact information for additional information and inquiries, referring detailed questions and complaints to supervisorParticipates in the daily safety meetings including tailgate meetings, hazard identification and emergency planningAssists with maintenance and operation of equipment and vehicles, performs circle and other health and safety checks. Reports potential maintenance requirements to supervisorMaintains equipment (storage, organization, minor repairs)What will you need to succeed:Education (degree/diploma/certifications)Completion of college diploma in Restoration Management or a related fieldValid Class G2 driver’s licenseKnowledge/Skill/AbilityDemonstrated knowledge of forestry, horticultural science, restoration ecology, and terrestrial ecosystem processes.Knowledge of native and invasive plants with proficient plant identification skillsAbility to communicate effectively with tact and courtesyDemonstrated ability to proactively identify problems in a timely manner, seeking the appropriate level of support to solve issuesProficiency in MS Office for general office communications (I.E., mail, spreadsheet and word processing software, including online enablement software such as MS teams and SharePoint)Demonstrated experience with agricultural/landscape equipment, implements,
