This full-time role for the 2026/2027 season involves understanding guests' needs for proper fit and stance in ski boots. You'll demonstrate knowledge of products, manage transactions, and foster customer relationships that enhance their mountain experience. Additionally, you may train new associates while ensuring a profitable and efficient sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers for boot selection and fitting
• Demonstrate product knowledge and promote sales
• Ensure accurate inventory of demo equipment
• Provide training and support to colleagues
• Focus on improving sales and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Previous experience in the ski industry required
• Proficiency in customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage projects
• Boot fitter certification preferred
