Our teams are united by our values ofintegrity, respect, intentionality, inclusivity, and collaboration, and we’re looking for a Finance Manager to join us in shaping our future.About the RoleFinance Manager, reporting to the Central Finance Officer (CFO), leads our financial operations across payroll, accounting, reporting, and systems development. The Manager oversees a skilled finance team while working closely with the senior leadership team to support sound decision-making, increase organizational financial literacy, and sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day operations of the Finance Department (payroll, AP/AR, reporting, internal controls).Supervise, mentor, and grow a high-performing team with a cooperative spirit.Oversee internal and external financial reporting, budget forecasting, and audit processes.Ensure internal controls safeguard the organization's financial assets and align with compliance standards.Partner with internal and external stakeholders including managers, auditors, and vendors.Ensure compliance with GAAP, funding requirements,
