We seek an organized and reliable Floral Merchandiser, ready to enhance the visual appeal of fall mum displays across multiple retail sites. This role involves caring for plants, ensuring proper pricing, and maintaining an inviting shopping experience. While previous plant knowledge is helpful, it is not mandatory for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit assigned stores 3 times per week for display management
• Organize and refresh fall mum displays for appeal
• Water plants to keep them healthy and vibrant
• Remove damaged products and maintain cleanliness
• Submit detailed reports after each visit
Requirements:
• Ability to work independently in retail settings
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Previous plant experience is a plus
• Reliable vehicle for store travel
• Strong communication skills
