Employer Name: The Turtleford and District Co-Operative Association Limited Be a liaison and public relations representative for the Co-op within the communities we serve. Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and training to the administration and other departments to ensure that they meet the finance departments operational goals. Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of interim and year-end financial reporting in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles. Provide analysis of financial results including trends, performance metrics and benchmarking. Work closely with the Operations Manager to identify, design and implement change management initiatives within the co-operative with the goal of driving efficiencies within the business.



Assist with special projects related to continuous improvement and process improvements to the organization for further efficiency growth. Perform other accounting and administration duties as required. Oversee the accounting functions of the retail operations, including accounts payable, receivables, journal entries, and financial reporting. Support the planning, preparation, and documentation for the Audit process. Fixed asset and Inventory Management Reconciliation of General Ledgers and Bank Cards Internal Audits and Controls Analysis and preparation of financial reports and statements every period Record and correct Patronage Variances Ensuring all Business units Object accounts are accurate in JD Edwards Ensure accurate and timely receiving of all departments Other duties as needed
