Join a committed team as the Mill Maintenance Supervisor at our Gold Mine in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. This role centers on ensuring safety, supervision, and efficiency in surface mill operations.
As part of the Mill Department, you will report to the Senior Mechanical General Supervisor and work to accomplish company goals while adhering to safety and environmental regulations. You'll coordinate maintenance tasks and foster crew training to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise surface maintenance crew for optimal performance
• Hold daily safety meetings to enhance communication
• Lead mechanical equipment maintenance and projects
• Support crew line-up through effective leadership
• Evaluate work to determine training requirements
Requirements:
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma
• Interprovincial Millwright License
• Supervisor Common Core Modules completed
• Minimum of 5 years in surface workplace preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
