Job Description

Are you the person friends text before they buy a grinder? We're hiring a Customer Service & Showroom Sales Representative for a Milton-based specialty coffee and espresso equipment company — a Canadian business with a real following, a fun collaborative environment, and a dog-friendly office.

You'll be the first person customers deal with, whether they walk into the showroom or reach out by phone, email or web chat. Most of the day is helping people choose the right machine and getting orders out the door accurately. This is a hands-on role in a working business: alongside the customer conversations, you'll help pick and ship orders and pitch in with the team when things get busy.

You don't need to be a coffee expert. If you've sold anything face-to-face and you're curious about the gear, they'll teach you the rest.

Saturdays are part of the job either way. Pick the week that suits you:

- Option 1: 45 hours: Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm, Saturday 11:00am–4:00pm.

- Option 2: 37 hours, weekday off: Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm, Saturday 11:00am–4:00pm. One day off during the week.

On-site in Milton — easy commute from Georgetown, Oakville, Burlington, Guelph, Cambridge and west Mississauga. Free parking.

Requirements

- Help customers by phone, email,



chat and in person — answering questions, recommending equipment, guiding the purchase.

- Greet walk-ins, demo machines, and make the showroom somewhere people want to spend twenty minutes.

- Process in-store transactions accurately (cash, debit, credit).

- Pick and ship orders, and help with other warehouse tasks as needed.

- Keep up with current equipment and coffee trends — you'll be the one customers trust.

- Back up other departments during busy stretches.

Requirements

- Experience selling or serving customers face-to-face — retail, hospitality, café, or inside sales all count.

- Genuine interest in coffee. If you already know your way around espresso machines and grinders, say so, but it isn't a gate.

- Comfortable on your feet, on the phone, and lifting boxes on a busy day.

- Reliable, warm, and patient — you'll be the calm voice for someone spending real money on their first setup.

- Looking for something that lasts. Several people on this team started here and grew into other departments.

- $20.00/hour CAD to start, reviewed as you take on more.

- Paid vacation: 2 weeks in year one, 3 weeks after that.

- Paid lunch breaks.

- A weekday off if you take the 37-hour schedule.
