and adoption measurement.Who:Our client is a public-sector organization responsible for administering appeals within a regulated system, supporting citizens and stakeholders through structured decision-making processes.You:You'll bring the following experience and capabilities:4+ years of progressively responsible experience across business analysis, OCM, project delivery, or process improvement.Business Analysis certification (IIBA or equivalent) and Change Management certification (ACMP, Prosci, CMI, APMG, or equivalent).5+ years developing integrated plans, project documentation, and executing strategies involving technology, process, and organizational change5+ years working in a project-management capacity, including scope, governance, and stakeholder/leadership engagement.5+ years working with Agile, Waterfall, and other delivery methodologies, including cross-functional requirements work.Compensation:This role pays between $90-108 per hour.#J-18808-Ljbffr
