Experience in Home Parental Therapy (HPT), wound, skin and ostomy care, palliative support and client teaching. Minimum two years’ experience within the last five years’ of Home Care experience - Possession of a valid drivers’ license and access to a motor vehicle in good repair for work related purposes. Effective oral and written communication. Working independently and as member of a team. Working with people in a health care environment with professionalism and respect. Positive approach and good listening skills in dealing with challenging situations with empathy and sincerity. Ability to perform all assigned tasks and direct clinical care including but not limited to: Constant adjustment of position (sit/stand) throughout the shift. Physical exertion including bending/walking/sitting or standing for long periods of time. Keyboarding/moussing documentations for prolonged periods of time.
