We’re a leader in high-end landscaping products across North America, and we’re proud of our craftsmanship, innovation, and strong team culture.If you like beinghands‑on, working close to production, and making sure every product meets the highest standards — this role is for you ⭐Job DescriptionSchedule & CompensationStarting at $27/hourEvening shift – Monday to Thursday 2 PM to 10:30 PM, Friday day shiftTraining for the first 3 months will be on day shiftWork setting: production floor + lab testingWhat Your Day Looks Like (Responsibilities)Quality monitoring on the production floorMaintain a strong, visible presence across production sites, working closely with production operators.Verify product quality at key checkpoints (shape, consistency, humidity, etc.).Ensure quality procedures are applied across all steps of the production line.Testing, measurements & lab workUse measuring tools and lab instruments to test products and raw materials.Ensure measuring devices are calibrated and compliant.Collect samples of raw materials (e.G., aggregates,



cement).Cut concrete blocks into smaller test‑size and prepare samples for evaluation.Record results accurately and consistently.Non‑conformity investigation & corrective actionsDetect non‑conformities quickly and document findings clearly.Support root‑cause analysis to understand why issues happen.Follow up on corrective actions to ensure the problem is fixed and doesn’t return.Documentation & quality reportingComplete quality reports and log results, share key findings with the supervisor and production teams.Process improvement & quality system supportSupport continuous improvement initiatives and quality objectives.Safety, cleanliness & teamworkFollow all health & safety rules and keep work areas clean and organized.Physical RequirementsThis is an active job.
