Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and mentor the RMT&S; engineering team • Ensure compliance with safety management standards • Allocate resources effectively across multiple programs • Lead system safety activities and hazard analyses • Support proposal and business development efforts

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or STEM discipline • Minimum 10 years of experience in related fields • At least 5 years of leadership experience • Proven expertise with essential safety standards • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
