This role centers on creating structured plans to implement best practices across assigned Long-Term Care facilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Design a regional implementation strategy for best practices • Create integration opportunities for evidence-based practice • Facilitate knowledge transfer within educational settings • Participate in research and evaluation processes • Collaborate with managers for regional activity integration
Requirements: • Registered Nurse in valuable standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Preferred Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field • Expertise in evidence-based practice principles • Experience in implementing RNAO guidelines successfully • Solid skills in project management and relationship-building
