The SCSU is looking for a motivated individual to work during Wednesday and Thursday mornings. In this role, you will assist students with health plan inquiries, facilitate ticket sales, and promote various SCSU initiatives. Your impact will help enhance student life and communication on campus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inquiries through SCSU Live Chat platform
• Assist students with health and dental plan information
• Facilitate ticket sales for events and services
• Promote SCSU campaigns across student platforms
• Keep reception area organized and productive
Requirements:
• Flexible schedule to meet office demands
• Customer service experience preferred
• Familiar with Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of SCSU operations and services
• Robust professional work ethic and organization skills
