Role OverviewReporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in implementing TGC’s marketing strategy, focusing on campaign management, partner marketing activations, and execution of digital marketing initiatives across programs, events and communications.This role blends campaign coordination, partner marketing, content execution and marketing operations – ideal for someone organized, creative, curious and excited to make an impact at the intersection of technology, gender equity and career advancement. As part of the Marketing team, you’ll help drive brand awareness, improve user acquisition and retention, and ensure initiatives are executed effectively and consistently across channels.ResponsibilitiesCoordination and Implementation of Marketing PlanExecute daily, weekly and monthly tasks outlined in TGC’s marketing plan.Support lead generation, engagement and retention campaigns through paid, organic and partnership-driven efforts.Develop and maintain website and social media content reflecting TGC’s tone, mission, and programs.Manage and grow TGC’s social media presence on LinkedIn and Facebook.Assist in organizing and promoting webinars, summits, conferences and community events.Coordinate partner-driven marketing activations – co-branded content, joint campaigns and event visibility.Coordinate production of promotional materials, collateral, and event booth logistics.Create and curate visual and creative assets, ensuring brand consistency and storytelling impact.Manage content marketing process from ideation through posting, including the content calendar, blogging schedule and newsletter distribution.Maintain and update marketing collateral library and templates.Campaign Management & ReportingSupport end-to-end campaign execution across initiatives – planning, coordination, launch and wrap-up.Coordinate campaign assets, messaging, timelines and cross-channel distribution.Manage digital marketing efforts, including paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn,
Google Ads.Set up campaign tracking with UTM parameters, link tracking and performance monitoring.Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for timely, high-quality delivery.CRM & Marketing Operations SupportManage and optimize HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.Assist with contact segmentation, lists, workflows, forms and landing pages.Collaborate on email campaign creation, testing and deployment.Maintain CRM data integrity and alignment with marketing and sales goals.Set up and maintain tracking systems, providing reports and insights on engagement.Support marketing automation for lead nurturing and lifecycle marketing.Troubleshoot HubSpot-related requests and tickets.Assist with event logistics and attend marketing activations as needed.Participate in team meetings, projects and strategy sessions.Perform other duties as assigned.Who You AreDetail-oriented and organized– keep projects, data and deadlines on track.Curious and proactive– take initiative, ask questions and love learning new tools.Creative and tech-savvy– blend design sense with digital systems.Collaborative and communicative– work well with different teams and partners.Analytical and thoughtful– use data and insight to improve campaigns and drive impact.Qualifications2+ years of general marketing experience, ideally in B2C, Edtech or professional development settings.Hands‑on experience with digital marketing analytics and campaign tracking (UTM, performance metrics, traffic sources,
conversion tracking).Experience with creative and project management tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, Miro, Asana, ClickUp.Experience with CRM platforms (e.G., HubSpot) – exposure to workflows, automation and campaign tracking.Robust written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.Experience managing marketing campaigns and content across channels from ideation to execution and performance tracking.Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.Familiarity with accessibility standards, inclusive marketing practices or social‑impact storytelling.Demonstrated experience with anti‑racism, anti‑oppression, equity and justice principles in workplace settings.Proficiency working in fully remote environments.Eligibility to work in Canada for the duration of the contract.Work AreaRemote work-from-home position, located anywhere in Canada. Preference given to applicants located within ±1 hour of EST time zone.Work is computer-based and may include extensive sitting. Attendance at occasional in‑person meetings or events is required. Some evening work may be required to support virtual or in‑person events.Org StructureThis position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager. It may coordinate the work of other team members and contractors (e.G., event vendors, copywriter, graphic designer). Full time, remote (40 hours a week).Salary & Benefits$62,000 – $72,000 salary, plus a $2,000 health spending account.
