Our client is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to join our care team. As a Registered Nurse, you are responsible for providing skilled nursing care to individuals, including the intravenous or injection administration of biologists or other specialty pharmaceutical products and promotes patient health by completing health reviews prior to treatment, reviewing patient files and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members as required.Job duties:Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventionsCollaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their familiesAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or according to established policies and protocolsMonitor, assess, address,
